1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products made through the website www.tacklehockey.com (hereinafter, the “Store”), owned by Eduardo Gárate Martínez (NIF: 16078639Y), with registered address at C/Villa de Plencia 6 – 48930 Getxo (Bizkaia) and contact info@tacklehockey.com / +34 627 434 939.
By placing an order, the user (hereinafter, the “Customer”) declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to contract, accepting these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
2. Purchase process
- Product selection: add the items to the cart and check quantities, sizes, and variants.
- Details and shipping: enter your contact and delivery details; the system will display the available options (standard shipping or local pickup, if applicable).
- Payment: choose from the available payment methods at checkout. Payments are processed through secure gateways; Tackle Hockey does not store card data.
- Confirmation: you will receive an email with your order summary. The contract is deemed concluded when Tackle Hockey accepts the order and sends the confirmation.
3. Product availability
The items shown are subject to availability. If, exceptionally, a product is not available after your purchase, we will inform you and you may choose an immediate refund, a replacement product, or to wait for restocking.
4. Prices, taxes and currency
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout depending on the chosen option: €8 per order and free shipping for orders over €100. Tackle Hockey may update prices at any time, without retroactive effects on orders already placed.
5. Payment methods
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process (e.g., credit card via secure gateway, other compatible methods). The charge is made when the order is confirmed. For security reasons, anti-fraud checks may be applied; if the order fails these checks, it may be cancelled and the amount refunded.
6. Shipping, timeframes and local pickup
- General timeframe: preparation and shipment approximately 1 week.
- Products in stock: dispatch estimated within 48/72 hours from payment confirmation.
- Coverage: deliveries to Spain and Europe.
- Cost: €8 per order; free for orders over €100.
- Local pickup (Jolaseta members): option available at no cost for Real Club Jolaseta members, selectable at checkout (membership may be verified upon delivery).
The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary due to logistical causes or force majeure. We will inform you in case of any significant incident.
7. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer. If delivery is not possible, the courier company will leave a notice and/or make new attempts. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer at the time of physical delivery.
8. Invoicing
The Customer may request an invoice during the purchase process or by contacting info@tacklehockey.com indicating the order number and full tax details.
9. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason, in accordance with consumer regulations. Conditions, procedure, exceptions, and model are detailed in the Right of Withdrawal section.
10. Returns and incidents
The return process, timeframes, costs, and exceptions are regulated in the Shipping and Returns section. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact info@tacklehockey.com within 48 hours of delivery.
11. Legal warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for under applicable law. In Spain, for new goods, the period is up to 3 years from delivery, in accordance with current legislation. This warranty covers manufacturing defects not caused by misuse, normal wear, or incorrect handling.
12. Promotional codes and coupons
Coupons are personal and non-transferable, valid during the indicated period and under the specific conditions of each promotion (minimum amount, excluded categories, non-cumulative, etc.). Any fraudulent use will result in their cancellation.
13. Error correction and images
If you detect an error in your data after placing the order, write to info@tacklehockey.com as soon as possible. While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors or color variations due to screen display may occur; these will not affect the essential features of the product.
14. Tackle Hockey’s right to cancel orders
Tackle Hockey may cancel orders due to supervening unavailability, lack of payment authorization, suspected fraud, or misuse. In such case, the Customer will be notified and any charged amount will be refunded.

16. Applicable law and dispute resolution
