Shipping

Orders placed at Tackle Hockey are generally prepared and shipped within approximately 1 week. For products in stock, shipping may be carried out within an estimated 48/72 hours from the confirmation of the order and payment.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping cost: €8 per order.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100.

Delivery area

We ship to Spain and Europe.

Local pickup for Jolaseta members

Members of the Real Club Jolaseta can choose local pickup at Jolaseta at no extra cost. This option must be selected during the checkout process. Membership may be verified at the time of delivery.

Returns

The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return. Items must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging and labeling.

How to request a return

  1. Write to info@tacklehockey.com indicating your order number, the items to be returned and the reason.
  2. We will reply with the shipping instructions and the return address.
  3. Once the goods are received and verified, we will process the refund.

Costs and refund method

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error, in which case Tackle Hockey will cover the cost.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and inspection of the returned product. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return.

Exceptions

  • Returns of personalised items or items made to order are not accepted, except in the case of an original defect.
  • Products must be returned complete (including accessories, instructions, promotional gifts, etc.).

Issues (defective product or wrong item)

If the product arrives damaged, defective or does not match the order, please contact us at info@tacklehockey.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the condition of the package and the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
