Returns and Refund Policy

At Tackle Hockey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it, provided it meets the conditions detailed below.

Timeframe for returning a product

The customer may return one or more items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

Product conditions for return

  • The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • It must retain its original packaging and all tags intact.
  • Returns of personalised or made-to-order products will not be accepted, unless they have manufacturing defects.

Return procedure

To request a return, the customer must send an email to info@tacklehockey.com indicating:

  • Order number.
  • Full name.
  • Product(s) to be returned.
  • Reason for the return.

Once the request has been received, Tackle Hockey will provide the instructions for sending the item(s) back.

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a shipping error or a manufacturing defect, Tackle Hockey will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the merchandise has been received and its condition verified, Tackle Hockey will process the refund of the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the products are received at our facilities.
