If for any reason you are not, you have <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of your order to return it, provided it meets the conditions detailed below.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Timeframe for returning a product<\/h2>\n<p>The customer may return one or more items within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the order. Returns will not be accepted after this period.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Product conditions for return<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed.<\/li>\n<li>It must retain its original packaging and all tags intact.<\/li>\n<li>Returns of personalised or made-to-order products will not be accepted, unless they have manufacturing defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Return procedure<\/h2>\n<p>To request a return, the customer must send an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@tacklehockey.com\">info@tacklehockey.com<\/a> indicating:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Order number.<\/li>\n<li>Full name.<\/li>\n<li>Product(s) to be returned.<\/li>\n<li>Reason for the return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the request has been received, Tackle Hockey will provide the instructions for sending the item(s) back.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Return shipping costs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If the return is due to a shipping error or a manufacturing defect, Tackle Hockey will cover all shipping costs.<\/li>\n<li>If the return is for any other reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Once the merchandise has been received and its condition verified, Tackle Hockey will process the refund of the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p>\n<p>The refund will be made within a maximum of <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date the products are received at our facilities.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Return address<\/h2>\n<p>Returns should be sent to the following address:<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Tackle Hockey<\/strong><br \/>\nC\/ Villa de Plencia 6<br \/>\n48930 Getxo (Bizkaia)<br \/>\nSpain\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Contact<\/h2>\n<p>For any questions or inquiries about the return process, you can write to us at <a href=\"mailto:info@tacklehockey.com\">info@tacklehockey.com<\/a> or call us at <strong>+34 627 43 49 39<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Returns and Refund Policy At Tackle Hockey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
