For products in <strong>stock<\/strong>, shipping may be carried out within an estimated <strong>48\/72 hours<\/strong> from the confirmation of the order and payment.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Shipping costs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipping cost:<\/strong> \u20ac8 per order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free shipping<\/strong> on orders over <strong>\u20ac100<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Delivery area<\/h2>\n<p>We ship to <strong>Spain<\/strong> and <strong>Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Local pickup for Jolaseta members<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Members of the Real Club Jolaseta<\/strong> can choose <strong>local pickup at Jolaseta<\/strong> at no extra cost. This option must be selected during the checkout process. Membership may be verified at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Returns<\/h2>\n<p>The customer has <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the receipt of the order to request a return. Items must be in <strong>perfect condition<\/strong>, <strong>unused<\/strong> and in their <strong>original packaging and labeling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">How to request a return<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Write to <a href=\"mailto:info@tacklehockey.com\">info@tacklehockey.com<\/a> indicating your <strong>order number<\/strong>, the <strong>items to be returned<\/strong> and the reason.<\/li>\n<li>We will reply with the <strong>shipping instructions<\/strong> and the return address.<\/li>\n<li>Once the goods are received and verified, we will process the <strong>refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Costs and refund method<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Return costs<\/strong> are borne by the customer, except in the case of a <strong>manufacturing defect<\/strong> or <strong>shipping error<\/strong>, in which case <strong>Tackle Hockey<\/strong> will cover the cost.<\/li>\n<li>The refund will be made using the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> used for the purchase, within a maximum of <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt and inspection of the returned product. We may <strong>withhold<\/strong> the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Exceptions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Returns of <strong>personalised items<\/strong> or items made to order are not accepted, except in the case of an original defect.<\/li>\n<li>Products must be returned complete (including accessories, instructions, promotional gifts, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Issues (defective product or wrong item)<\/h2>\n<p>If the product arrives damaged, defective or does not match the order, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@tacklehockey.com\">info@tacklehockey.com<\/a> within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery, attaching photos of the condition of the package and the item.
