{"id":6271,"date":"2025-08-14T11:10:40","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T09:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tacklehockey.migracionesbgweb.com\/?page_id=6271"},"modified":"2025-08-14T11:10:40","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T09:10:40","slug":"right-of-withdrawal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tacklehockey.es\/en\/right-of-withdrawal\/","title":{"rendered":"Right of Withdrawal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of 16 November), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> without the need for justification.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eduardo G\u00e1rate Mart\u00ednez<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>C\/Villa de Plencia 6 \u2013 48930 Getxo (Bizkaia)<\/li>\n<li>Email: <a href=\"mailto:info@tacklehockey.com\">info@tacklehockey.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The notification must be made by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). The customer may use the withdrawal form template included below, although its use is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Effects of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>In the event of withdrawal by the customer, all payments received will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer\u2019s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the customer\u2019s decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>\n<p>We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be incurred as a result of the refund.<\/p>\n<p>We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until the customer has provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Return of Goods<\/h2>\n<p>The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to the address indicated above, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed met if the customer returns the goods before the period has expired.<\/p>\n<p>The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The supply of goods made to the consumer\u2019s and user\u2019s specifications or clearly personalized.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:20px; color:#8cc63e;\">Model Withdrawal Form<\/h2>\n<p>(Only complete and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract)<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 To the attention of Eduardo G\u00e1rate Mart\u00ednez, C\/Villa de Plencia 6 \u2013 48930 Getxo (Bizkaia), Email: <a href=\"mailto:info@tacklehockey.com\">info@tacklehockey.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 I hereby inform you that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following good(s) \/ provision of the following service:<br \/>\n_________________________________________________________<br \/>\n\u2014 Ordered on \/ received on: _______________________<br \/>\n\u2014 Name of consumer and user: _____________________<br \/>\n\u2014 Address of consumer and user: ____________________<br \/>\n\u2014 Signature of consumer and user (only if this form is submitted on paper)<br \/>\n\u2014 Date: ___________________<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of 16 November), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
